Engineering Team Leader

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Supervise daily engineering operations including maintenance, repair, and project work to ensure smooth functioning of all hotel systems and facilities.

· Lead and supervise the engineering technicians in performing preventive and corrective maintenance.

· Plan and assign duties such as preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs.

· Monitor the performance of equipment and systems

· Monitor progress and ensure timely resolution of faults and completion of work.

· Assist in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

· Conduct routine inspections of hotel premises to ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards.

· Maintain maintenance records and report major issues to the supervisor.

职责与工作内容：

· 监督工程部的日常运作，包括维护、维修及项目工作，确保酒店所有系统与设施正常运行。

· 带领并监督工程技术人员开展预防性和纠正性维修工作。

· 安排并分配工作任务，如预防性维护、故障排查及紧急维修。

· 监控设备和系统的运行表现。

· 跟进工作进度，确保故障及时解决、任务按时完成。

· 协助排查和维修电气、机械、水管及暖通空调（HVAC）系统的问题。

· 定期检查酒店场所，确保符合安全及工程标准。

维护维修记录，并将重大问题报告给上级主管。

Job Requirements :

· Minimum SPM or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant field.

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel or facilities maintenance.

· Good leadership and team coordination skills.

· Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holiday.

· Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

· 至少具备中学毕业（SPM）或持有机械/电气工程或相关领域的文凭。

· 至少拥有2至3年酒店或设施维修相关工作经验。

· 具备良好的领导能力和团队协调能力。

· 愿意轮班工作，包括周末及公共假期。

能够使用英语和马来语沟通；懂中文者优先。
