Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Technician to support the assembly, integration, and testing of electrical and electromechanical systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position operates on a 1st shift schedule (6:00 AM - 3:30 PM) with a 9/80 work schedule and is responsible for building cable assemblies, wire harnesses, electromechanical assemblies, and custom test stations in support of engineering and production efforts.

The Engineering Technician will spend approximately 50% of their time performing cable, wire, and harness assembly and 50% supporting electromechanical assembly and test station builds. This individual will work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and work instructions to assemble, modify, troubleshoot, and test a variety of hardware and systems .

The ideal candidate possesses strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, experience interpreting schematics and technical documentation, and the ability to perform precision assembly using hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and electrical test equipment. Success in this role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to support prototype and production programs
