The Engineer Technician plays a crucial role in the Durable Goods Manufacturing sector by ensuring that engineering processes and systems operate efficiently and effectively. The Engineer Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting equipment and systems, providing technical support, and maintaining documentation related to engineering projects. Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Engineering Technology or a related field.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in durable goods.

• Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.

Preferred Qualifi****cations:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Experience with CAD software and other engineering design tools.

• Familiarity with quality control methodologies and standards.

Responsibiliti****es:

• Assist engineers in the design and development of manufacturing processes and systems.

• Conduct tests and inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment and manufacturing processes.

• Maintain accurate documentation of engineering projects, including specifications, test results, and process improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency.

Skills:

The required skills for this position include a solid understanding of engineering principles, which will be applied daily to assist in the design and development of manufacturing processes.
