Job Description

• Work hands-on with pilot plant processing and packaging equipment.
• Know proper operation of utilities such as boilers, air compressors, chillers, water treatment plants, and effluent treatment plants.
• Work in a safe and sanitary manner, following GMP requirements.
• Processing and packaging knowledge in aseptic plant operations.
• Know basic start-up and shut-down procedures for various processing and packaging equipment, such as sterilisers, homogenisers, mixers, pumps, and grinding equipment.
• Perform CIP and COP of processing equipment.
• Monitor and record maintenance of process controls for plant equipment.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair processing equipment.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair utilities equipment.
• Prepare and operate utilities equipment.

Qualifications

• Male, aged 25–35 years.
• Vocational Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Process Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in food processing operations within a commercial or pilot-scale UHT plant.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team, with good communication skills.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, well organised, and gets the job done.
