Engineering Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Monitor daily on-site progress, ensure workmanship quality, and coordinate material deliveries for Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) installation projects.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise effectively with clients, sub-contractors, and internal engineering teams to ensure project requirements and technical specifications are met.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare daily site status reports and updates for the Project Manager.

Requirements

• Form 5, Diploma, or Higher Certificate in Engineering, Construction or a related discipline (or equivalent).
• 1 year of experience in site coordination or supervision is preferred.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong sense of integrity, personal responsibility, and operational ownership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong proactive learning attitude.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese.
