About The Business Work You'll do
- Audit Tech Support：負責協助處理事務所審計系統相關的技術支援與問題排除(例如 Omnia、Levvia、EMS、FR、ITR…等)
- 撰寫與維護系統操作文件，並定期更新內部網站內容
- 收集與分析使用者回報的電腦與系統問題，提出改善建議及有效解決方案
- 參與系統上線前的規劃、測試與品質驗證作業，確保系統穩定運作
- 協助其他IT專案之規劃、執行與後續技術支援工作
Requirements
- 熟悉Windows及Office各項軟體操作，對電腦及資訊科技有高度興趣，樂於學習與持續精進
- 具良好的學習能力，能迅速理解並適應審計系統的運作流程
- 具備程式開發基礎概念(著重邏輯分析，無程式開發經驗可)
