About the Role

We are seeking a Project Systems Engineer to execute full-lifecycle control systems and installation engineering projects using Yokogawa DCS/PLC products and integrated 3rd-party platforms. In this role, you will take ownership of project deliverables—moving seamlessly from functional specification and control logic design to staging, factory acceptance testing, site supervision, and plant commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Systems Execution & Commissioning: Execute system, project, and installation engineering from functional specification, system design, debugging, and factory acceptance testing (FAT) to site installation supervision, start-up, loop testing, and commissioning.
2. Control Systems Design & Technical Documentation: Prepare and modify instrumentation engineering data, drawings, and basic/detailed design packages—including Feedback control, multivariable controls, Sequence control, graphics/HMI, and logging functions for customer approval. Interface directly with clients during technical clarification meetings to review specifications and draft comprehensive Functional Design Specifications (FDS).
3. Testing & Punch Resolution: Conduct rigorous Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) alongside clients, tracking and recovering punch-list items to ensure full operational compliance.
4. Project Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain regular communication with project leads by submitting detailed weekly progress updates and end-of-project summary reports.
5. As-Built Closeout: Compile, update, and finalize As-Built engineering packages to ensure complete documentation for future maintenance and client reference.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, Electronics & Communications, Chemical, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience: Atleast 2+ years of experience in Industrial Automation or general engineering documentation is an advantage.

• Knowledge & Skills:

  • Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings: Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Process Control Narratives, and Logic Diagrams.
  • Experience programming logic, configuring databases, and building graphics/HMIs for Industrial Control Systems
  • Hands-on capability in internal testing, software debugging, FAT, and SAT execution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Working knowledge of Industrial Network Security standards or Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) is an advantage

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Instrumentation Engineer to support the end-to-end execution of instrumentation and process control projects. In this role, you will assist in delivering engineering work across all phases of the project lifecycle—from document gathering, design, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to site supervision, start-up, commissioning, and final as-built handover.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution & Commissioning Support: Assist in executing project and installation engineering work from design generation and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to punch-list recovery, site supervision, start-up, and commissioning.
2. Engineering Design & Documentation: Assist in gathering technical documents from clients and preparing or modifying instrumentation engineering data, drawings, and basic/detailed designs for customer approval.
3. Client Technical Clarification & Alignment: Review and understand customer requirements through client documentation and technical clarification meetings. Support technical details of deliverables, hardware, and engineering solutions under the guidance and approval of superiors.
4. Monitoring & Progress Reporting: Prepare and submit regular weekly progress updates and end-of-project summary reports to immediate supervisors for project monitoring and tracking.
5. As-Built Documentation: Compile, update, and organize final As-Built documents to ensure all engineering modifications are properly documented for future reference.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Instrumentation & Control Engineering (BSICE), Electronics & Communications Engineering (BSECE), Chemical Engineering (BSChE), or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience: Atleast 2+ years of experience in Industrial Automation or Instrumentation Engineering is an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Well-versed in AutoCAD and MS Office applications. Hands-on experience with Instrumentation & Control hardware design, testing, site installation, and commissioning.
