Engineer/Senior Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct customer audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze warranty data to identify trends and root causes of defects, making recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall product reliability.
• Develop and maintain documentation of audit findings, reports, and action plans.

Job Requirements :

• 4-10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of in-process quality control processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in conducting 8D analyses and implementing corrective actions.
