Roles and Responsibility

• Design, develop, and implement network architectures using IP technology.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation of network designs and configurations.
• Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in network engineering, preferably in an ISP environment.
• Strong knowledge of IP technology, including routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), switching technologies (VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol), and firewall configuration (ACLs, NAT/PAT).
• Experience with network management tools such as SNMP, NetFlow, and packet capture tools like Wireshark.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
