Process Quality Management
Lead process quality activities to ensure adherence to defined standards and controls during manufacturing. Drive zero-defect production.Customer Complaints & 8D Closure
Handle customer complaints, lead 8D investigations, ensure timely closure and prevention of recurrence.Process Improvement Initiatives
Implement Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen to improve process capability, reduce variation and enhance throughput.Audit & Compliance
Support and lead internal/external audits (IATF, ISO). Ensure timely NC closures and process compliance.Supplier Quality Interaction
Coordinate with suppliers for quality issues, audits, and improvements to ensure incoming part quality.Team Development & Training
Coach and develop quality engineers. Identify training needs and ensure team skill readiness.Documentation and QMS Control
Ensure control plans, PFMEA, work instructions, check sheets are updated and followed.
