Engineer/Sr. Engineer - Production

We are looking for a skilled Sr. Engineer - Production (VMC/HMC Setter)with programming capability to support our machining operations. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for machine setup, programming, and ensuring consistent quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up VMC/HMC machines for production & development jobs
• Perform VMC,HMC, CNC programming (Fanuc/other controls)
• Select tools, fixtures, and optimize machining parameters
• Interpret engineering drawings and process requirements
• Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure minimal downtime
• Conduct in-process inspection and ensure quality compliance
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth execution

Requirements

• Strong experience in VMC/HMC setting and CNC programming
• over 6 years in total experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Hands-on experience with measuring instruments and machining tools
• Good understanding of machining processes and tolerances
• Experience in heavy engineering oil & gas components is a plus
• Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical or related field
