We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our team in Gorontalo Sulawesi . This is a contract position that offers an excellent opportunity to lead and oversee engineering operations, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. As Engineering Supervisor, you will play a critical role in managing technical teams, coordinating project activities, and ensuring compliance with all engineering standards and regulations. Your leadership and technical expertise will be essential to the success of our operations.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating engineering teams on-site, ensuring all work is conducted safely and efficiently

• Monitoring project progress, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion and cost-effectiveness

• Conducting inspections and quality checks on mechanical systems, equipment, and installations

• Ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company policies

• Preparing technical reports, documentation, and maintaining accurate project records

• Implementing preventative maintenance programmes and identifying areas for operational improvemen

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or leadership role

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment operation, and maintenance procedures

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, technical specifications, and blueprints

• Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations within the engineering sector

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate technical teams

• Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
