Job Description

As an English Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for conducting short outbound calls to recent hotel guests using an automated calling system.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls using automated technology.

Conduct a 1–2 minute survey with recent hotel guests regarding their stay.

Provide professional and friendly communication throughout the call.

Transfer interested/eligible clients to the USA Call Center after completing the survey.

Achieve a minimum of 11 successful transfers per day / 250 per month.

Follow company policies and procedures.

Report any significant customer-related issues to your supervisor or manager.

Requirements

English proficiency: C1 level

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

Good customer service and interpersonal skills.

Professional phone etiquette.

Ability to build rapport with customers.

Ability to remain calm and composed in a high-pressure environment.

Willingness to learn and receive training.

Computer literacy.

High school diploma or GED required.

College graduates are preferred.

Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Age: 18–35

Salary & Benefits

12,000 EGP Probation Bonus after successfully passing the probation period.

After Passing Probation:

15,000 EGP Base Salary

3,000 EGP KPI

Commission for every successful transfer

Medical insurance provided after 3 months.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

2 Saturdays per month – Extra Paid

Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£19,000.00 per month
