Job Description

As the English Chat Operator (Full-Time), you will engage with subscribers professionally, providing personalized experiences that meet their needs. Your daily tasks include responding to messages and building strong online relationships for prolonged, active, and enjoyable website engagement. Your primary goal is to foster satisfaction, interconnectedness, and a sense of belonging among subscribers.

Open to Filipino, Philippine-based applicants, including candidates outside BLISST ONLY.

Job Requirements

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English, demonstrating creativity and adaptability.

• Proficient typist with a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute.

• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities for efficient subscriber support.

• Demonstrates flexibility and confidently engages in conversations of any nature.

• Thrives independently and collaboratively as a valuable team member.

• Open to flexible and shifting schedules, accommodating changing work hours.

• Familiarity or experience with chat software and systems is highly desirable.

• Responsibilities

• Respond to subscribers' messages and engage in conversations in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.

• Utilize creative communication skills to provide a personalized and fun experience for the subscribers.

• Adhere to company and client policies and guidelines.

• Keep detailed records of subscribers' interactions and any issues that may arise.

• Meet daily and weekly targets for chat interactions.
