English cordinator - Eight Academy

Responsibilities

• Management and implementation of PCI, PCA, and PUDs .
• Direct work with students in the Secondary School section .
• Appropriate support and intervention for students with specific educational needs .
• Implementation of curricular adaptations .
• Use of digital educational tools .
• Development and implementation of educational projects .
• Strong knowledge of educational laws, regulations, and protocols .
• Performance of other duties and activities related to the position.
• Conflict management and resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education Sciences – English, Multilingual Education, or related fields .
• 3 years of experience as an English Coordinator .
• B2 English proficiency (mandatory) .
• Experience managing disciplinary procedures .
• Proven experience in leading and managing work teams .
• Strong organizational, monitoring, and team management skills.
• Experience with curricular adaptations and lesson planning .
• Knowledge and experience working with Students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) .
• Must reside in Quito .
• Professional appearance and excellent presentation.
• Assertiveness.
• Proactivity.
