This isn’t your typical call center role—you’ll be responsible for collecting and labelling survey data (quality check), ensuring smooth operations via phone and email, and assigning mystery shoppers. Job Description:

1. Conduct outbound calls to registered shoppers/auditors across international markets to offer and negotiate evaluation and survey assignments.
2. Assist in recruiting and assigning shoppers/auditors to various projects across international markets.
3. Conduct quality checks on online reports and surveys to ensure they meet the required service standards.

Qualifications:

• English proficiency at CEFR B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or above, with the ability to communicate confidently with native speakers.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Candidate must possess Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in any field
• Willing to work on-site (WFO) and in day or night shifts.
• Preferably domiciled in Yogyakarta
