• Experience Customer Service min 1 year
• Minimum Edu D3
• Minimum GPA 2,75
• English B2 minimum
• Your English speaking is on point
• Communicative
• Ready to work in shifting schedule (yes, weekends & public holidays included)
• Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta (WFO)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle customer inquiries and provide support through email, chat, and other communication channels in English.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, payments, shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Provide professional, accurate, and timely solutions to customer concerns.
• Handle customer complaints with patience, empathy, and a customer-first approach.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction while meeting service quality and performance standards.
