English Customer Service (Retention)

TP is hiring English Billing and Retention Specialist, You will be handling customer billing inquiries, payment status, and sales for one line of business, You should have good intent and skills to help the customers to provide excellent customer service.

Full-time, on-site, voice account, based in New Cairo, Egypt.

We are looking for

• Advanced English level (B1+ or higher)
• Flexible with rotational & night shifts
• Graduates or Dropouts (above 30 yrs)
