English customer support（Chat/Email）

This position requires knowledge of Mandarin，Need to be able to communicate normally in Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities

Provide game customer service support.

Handle daily player complaints and inquiries, and respond to player questions via email.

Summarize and prepare complaint reports.

Job Requirements

Proficiency in English is sufficient for communication Mandarin or Cantonese is required.
Excellent communication skills. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."

Good business writing skills, strong service awareness, professionalism, communication and adaptability.

Passionate about the game industry; familiar with mobile games, online games, and mainstream titles.

Strong learning ability and team spirit; able to work under pressure.

Game customer service or other customer service experience is preferred.
