Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, engaging lessons in English, French, Math, Science, and Coding tailored to diverse student needs and learning styles
• Develop and adapt curriculum materials to ensure alignment with educational standards and individual student goals
• Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their language proficiency, mathematical reasoning, scientific understanding, and coding skills
• Maintain organized records of student progress, attendance, and assessments to track development over time
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation, curiosity, and confidence
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student achievements and areas for improvement
• Incorporate innovative teaching methods and educational technology to enhance learning experiences

Requirements

• Proven classroom experience or tutoring in English, French, Math, Science, or Coding environments
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts in an understandable manner
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills to prepare accurate lesson plans and assessments
• Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple classes and track student progress efficiently
• Passion for teaching diverse learners, including those in special education programs
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet individual student needs and learning styles
• Relevant certifications or training in education or tutoring are preferred but not mandatory
