Serio Co.,Ltd. operates numerous childcare and after-school facilities across Japan,offering regular English activity programs at these locations.

We warmly welcome applicants with prior experience in childcare or education at preschools,elementary schools,or child-related settings,as well as those holding teaching licenses or childcare qualifications!

Why not leverage your experience and ideas to support multiple facilities while collaborating with our team?

Some kids are eagerly waiting for English time!

・Conducting English lessons (approximately one hour per lesson) at an after-school childcare facility The lessons focus on teaching English vocabulary and phrases while engaging children through music,games,and other fun activities. We are also considering developing new lesson ideas,including advanced English conversation classes and lessons that combine English with arts & crafts.
As this is a new program,we welcome instructors who can incorporate their own ideas into their lessons.

・Working with other staff members to develop curriculum and teaching materials as well as prepare
for lessons, etc. *We do not intend to adapt an ALT-style teaching approach based on
traditional classroom lectures
・Supervising children at the facility and escorting them when necessary, etc.

資格

・English teaching experience preferred

・Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher

・Basic PC skills
・Good understanding of business manners and etiquette in a Japanese corporate environment

勤務時間

Work Days: 5 days a week
Work Hours: Weekdays, 5-6 hours per day between 13:00 and 19:00

給与

時給 2500円以上
Hourly Wage: JPY 2,500
