English Language Centre Manager & Centre Administrator

About the role

At Cambridge English for Life (CEFL), we believe that English language education can transform lives. We are seeking an experienced English language centre manager & a centre administrator for our centre at Jade Hills, Selangor. In this full-time roles.

The centre manager will be responsible for centre operations management, customer experience, sales and business development, academic programme coordination, recruitment of teachers, and providing support to the teachers and monitor students' progress.

The centre administrator will be working with the centre manager , you will handle the administrative tasks for the centre, generating billings and manage collections, preparing reports for the centre.

What we're looking for

1. SPM/Diploma/Degree holder
2. For a centre manager, a minimum 3 years of experience in managing an English language centre or similar educational institution. For a centre administrator, a year's experience in customer service and administrative work.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with students, parents, and external stakeholders
4. Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
5. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
