Job Title: English Language Teacher

Experience: 0–3 years (preferred)
Qualification: Graduate or postgraduate degree in English, English Language Teaching, or a relevant discipline. B.Ed. or TESOL/TEFL certification is an advantage, depending on the role.

Job Summary

The English Language Teacher will be responsible for teaching English grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills to students or learners. The candidate will design lesson plans, conduct interactive classroom sessions, assess language proficiency, and help learners improve their communication skills, fluency, pronunciation, and overall confidence in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English language lessons according to the prescribed curriculum.
• Teach English grammar, vocabulary, sentence formation, and correct usage.
• Develop students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Conduct spoken English sessions, group discussions, role-plays, and interactive activities.
• Improve learners' pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary, and communication confidence.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, presentations, and practice materials.
• Conduct regular tests, assessments, and speaking activities to evaluate progress.
• Identify individual learning needs and provide additional support where required.
• Encourage students to participate actively in classroom discussions and activities.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve language proficiency.
• Maintain attendance records, assessment results, and student progress reports.
• Use digital learning tools and audio-visual resources to enhance teaching.
• Communicate with parents, academic coordinators, or management regarding student progress, where applicable.
• Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and academic development activities.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English or a related discipline.
• Master's degree in English or a relevant field is preferred.
• B.Ed. for school teaching positions, wherever required.
• TESOL, TEFL, or other English language teaching certifications are an added advantage for language training roles.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
