Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic English and Soft Skills Trainer to train students, fresh graduates, job seekers, and working professionals in spoken English, business communication, personality development, and workplace readiness. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering interactive training sessions that improve learners' confidence, communication skills, interview performance, and professional behavior.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online or classroom-based English communication and soft skills training.
• Teach spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence construction.
• Improve learners' fluency, listening skills, presentation skills, and professional communication.
• Train candidates in group discussions, public speaking, and presentation delivery.
• Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback on interview performance.
• Teach resume preparation, self-introduction, email writing, and workplace etiquette.
• Develop training materials, lesson plans, assignments, and practical exercises.
• Conduct role-plays, group activities, and interactive communication sessions.
• Train learners in teamwork, time management, problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Assess learner progress and provide personalized feedback.
• Maintain attendance, assessment records, and training progress reports.
• Support learners in developing confidence and employability skills.

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication and spoken English skills.
• Strong knowledge of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and business communication.
• Good presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage learners with different levels of English proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a learner-focused teaching approach.
• Ability to conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and presentation activities.
• Comfortable using online teaching tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communication, HR, Education, or a related discipline.
• Certification in English language teaching, communication skills, or soft skills training is an advantage.
• Previous experience training fresh graduates, job seekers, or working professionals.
• Experience with corporate training, placement training, or employability skills programs is desirable.
• Knowledge of interview preparation and workplace communication practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Patient, confident, and enthusiastic about teaching.
• Able to explain concepts clearly and provide constructive feedback.
• Comfortable handling individual and group training sessions.
• Capable of motivating learners and measuring improvement.
