English Speaking Admin

• Welcome and assist customers professionally, providing information about wellness services, schedules, and facilities.
• Handle front desk administration, appointments/reservations, payments, and customer records accurately.
• Communicate with customers in English and Bahasa Indonesia to ensure a warm, comfortable, and personalized experience.
• Coordinate with therapists/practitioners and the operations team to ensure customer needs are handled smoothly.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma/Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
• Good English communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers.
• Previous experience as a Frontliner, Front Desk, Customer Service, Admin, Receptionist, or similar role; experience in wellness, hospitality, beauty, or healthcare is a plus.
• Well-groomed, friendly, communicative, service-oriented, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
