English Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team in a 6 acre eco-friendly quaint campus situated at Kunnumpuram, Vilappil. We aim to encourage children to develop an awareness of their own unique skills so that they leave as young adults with a strong sense of self, a belief in their abilities and a mutual respect for each other’s qualities and the world around them.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to holistic education and be enthusiastic about fostering free thinking and creativity in young minds.

As an English Teacher in the Middle School, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience of our students, helping them develop academically, socially, emotionally, and creatively.

Qualifications (any of the following)

• Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with B.Ed

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• IT Skills

Work Experience

• 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students in accordance with the school's curriculum guidelines.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to actively engage students in their learning, including interactive technology, group activities, and hands-on experiences.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources, and participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
