English Teacher Special Needs

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in English Education, English Literature, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Experience teaching English, preferably through private tutoring or home visits.
• Familiar with the Cambridge International Curriculum and its learning approach.
• Experience working with or supporting Special Needs students is highly preferred.
• Able to adapt teaching methods and learning materials to the student’s individual needs, abilities, and learning style.
• Patient, caring, creative, communicative, and student-oriented.
• Able to create a comfortable, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
• Strong English communication and teaching skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with parents and the academic/admin team.
• Willing to conduct home visits in Kalideres, West Jakarta.
• Responsible, reliable, and committed to the agreed teaching schedule.

Responsibilities

• Teach English based on the Cambridge International Curriculum through home visits.
• Adapt lessons, activities, and learning materials to the student’s individual needs.
• Support the student’s English language development and learning progress.
• Monitor and report the student’s learning development.
• Communicate relevant feedback with parents and the academic/admin team.
• Create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.
