ENGLISH TEACHER TRAINER

About the role

As a Teacher Trainer, you will be the guardian of our teaching quality. Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop newly hired English teachers to meet Hero Education's high standards
• Conduct regular class observations and provide constructive, data-based feedback to ensure teaching quality is consistent
• Assist in developing and updating teacher training manuals and teaching materials
• Organize and lead regular teacher workshops and sharing sessions to elevate the team's overall teaching skills
• Assist management in evaluating teacher performance using clear metrics
• Propose innovative, logical solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of teacher management

About you

• Full fluency in spoken and written English
• At least 1 year of English teaching experience
• A genuine desire to move out of a pure teaching role and into a training, leadership, and management position
• Deep passion for education with genuine love for teaching
• Critical thinker who is logical, analytical, and results-oriented
• Proactive self-starter with strong personal ambition to grow
• Communicate ideas with clarity, confidence, and influence
• Highly accountable and detail-oriented with proven track record of getting things done
• Actively seek, welcome, and implement feedback for improvement
