English Technical Support Agent

We are hiring English Technical Support Agents to join our team. If you have strong English communication skills, enjoy helping customers, and are comfortable solving technical problems, we’d love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Follow up on requests until they are resolved.
• Record customer interactions and solutions.
• Work with other departments to provide effective customer support.

Requirements

• Excellent level of English.
• Technical support experience or strong troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused, organized, and professional.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.

Job Details

• Schedule: 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday
• Location: On-site
• Salary: 4,000 MAD net + performance bonuses
• Training: Full training and support provided
