ENG/SCI/MATH TEACHER

About the role

Dream Global Education Center is seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our team as ENG/SCI/MATH Teachers in our Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur campus. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on secondary students' educational journeys. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in English, Science, or Mathematics, depending on your specialisation, whilst fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment that encourages critical thinking and academic excellence.

What you'll be doing

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards and educational objectives
• Assessing student progress through various evaluation methods and providing constructive feedback
• Creating inclusive classroom environments that support diverse learning styles and abilities
• Developing and utilising appropriate teaching materials, resources and educational technology
• Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, performance and progress
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary learning experiences and share best practices
• Communicating regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and development
• Participating in school activities, events and professional development opportunities
• Supporting pastoral care responsibilities and contributing to student wellbeing initiatives
• Adapting teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual learners and promote academic growth

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Science, Mathematics or a related subject discipline
• Teaching qualification or certification recognised internationally or within Malaysia
• Proven experience teaching secondary-level students, ideally 2+ years in a formal educational setting
• Strong subject matter expertise in your specialisation area (English Language, Sciences or Mathematics)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse learners
• Proficiency in using educational technology and digital teaching tools
• Ability to create structured lesson plans that meet learning objectives and support student progression
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with educational innovations
• Patience, adaptability and a genuine passion for supporting student learning and development
• Experience with international curriculum frameworks or bilingual education is advantageous
