Enrolled Nurse – Clinical / Client Care Support

About the role

An experienced and organised Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join the team in a full-time office-based role, supporting the clinical and operational needs of clients. This position is Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, and is primarily focused on clinical support, staff scheduling and clinical administration.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and advice to clients and care staff.
• Assist with clinical care coordination and follow-up.
• Review and maintain clinical documentation and client records.
• Support clinical assessments, care plans and relevant clinical paperwork.
• Assist with staff scheduling and rostering to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Coordinate changes to schedules and communicate roster updates with staff.
• Monitor clinical requirements and escalate concerns to the appropriate person.
• Liaise with clients, support workers and healthcare professionals regarding clinical matters.
• Complete general clinical administration and office-based duties.

About you

• Current Enrolled Nurse (EN) registration.
• Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience with scheduling/rostering is highly desirable.
• Confident with clinical documentation and computer-based systems.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Professional, reliable and well-organised approach.
