  • Support participants experiencing complex or challenging behaviours with professionalism, empathy and respect.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and best-practice clinical service delivery.
  • Promote a culturally safe, trauma-informed and recovery-focused environment.

What You'll Bring

  • You're a confident and compassionate Enrolled Nurse who can remain calm under pressure and understands the importance of providing safe, respectful care during withdrawal.
  • Enrolled Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration.
  • Minimum two years' relevant nursing experience, ideally within AOD, mental health, withdrawal management or a similar environment.
  • Knowledge of AOD withdrawal management guidelines and evidence-based clinical practice.
  • Strong clinical assessment, triage and decision-making skills.
  • The ability to respond confidently to changing clinical presentations and crisis situations.
