Enrolled Nurse (Multidiscipline)

You will provide quality nursing care to inpatients with complex and end-of-life care needs, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive comfort, dignity and personalised care throughout their journey.

Summary

• Location: West Region
• Working Hours: 5 days work; 3 shifts
• Salary: $2700-$4000 (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, competent and individualised nursing care to patients while maintaining high standards of documentation, treatment, monitoring and infection control.

• Provide compassionate care and build strong rapport with patients, families and caregivers.

• Monitor patients’ conditions and ensure accurate and timely documentation of care and patient information.

• Work closely with physicians, Staff Nurses and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth delivery and continuity of patient care.

• Assist with patient safety measures and maintain a safe, comfortable and conducive care environment.

• Ensure proper handling, storage and control of medications, medical supplies and equipment.

• Support Patient Care Assistants by sharing relevant knowledge on patient care and management.

• Stay updated on healthcare guidelines, develop relevant skills and contribute to continuous improvement within the workplace.

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
