Enrolled Nurse (Operational Support)

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Enrolled Nurse to join our clinical team. In this role, you will combine hands-on clinical nursing with day-to-day clinic management, ensuring seamless operations, strict regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Clinic Operations & Administration: Manage day-to-day clinic operations, patient flow, and administrative support.
• Clinical Care: Perform standard nursing procedures, including administering injections, phlebotomy, wound dressing
• Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all clinical procedures, infection control, equipment sterilization, and medication management comply with Department of Health regulations and local healthcare standards.
• Staff Coordination & Rostering: Oversee clinic support staff and manage monthly shift duty rosters.
• Ad-Hoc Duties: Assist consulting doctors and management with ad-hoc tasks or operational projects as needed.

Requirements

• Registered with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong with a valid Practicing Certificate.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient clinic or medical center setting (experience in a specialty clinic is highly preferred).
• Skills of injection, phlebotomy, & with excellent customer service mindset, empathetic patient communication, and strong organizational skills.
• Languages: Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese; conversational Mandarin is an advantage).
