Enrolled Nurse / Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the Group's clinics to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Provide nursing support and professional clinical oversight where required.
• Work closely with doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and internal departments to maintain high standards of patient care and clinic operations.
• Supervise frontline staff and support manpower planning, workflow management, and staff training.
• Monitor service quality, patient experience, and compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate outreach healthcare services, health screening programmes, vaccination services, and injection-related activities.
• Visit different clinic locations and outreach sites as required.
• Assist in implementing operational improvement initiatives and handling ad hoc projects assigned by management.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' nursing and/or healthcare operations experience.
• Experience in clinic operations, vaccination services, health screening, or outreach programmes is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with medical professionals and frontline staff.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese/English word processing.
• Flexible, proactive, and willing to travel between clinics and outreach locations as required.
