Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage inbound calls from students seeking admissions into various educational institutions.
• Provide guidance on course options, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences.
• Meet sales targets by upselling relevant services such as visa counseling or accommodation arrangements.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in an outbound calling environment or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills for handling inbound calls effectively.
• Strong customer relationship management skills to build trust with clients.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
