As an Enrollment Associate, you'll get hands-on training while supporting customer interactions, helping coordinate client appointments, and making sure every customer walks away with a great experience.

No experience needed - we provide full training and ongoing mentorship so you have everything you need to hit the ground running.

Enrollment Associate Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers to share information about client solutions and available services
• Build genuine relationships through friendly, professional communication
• Help customers find the right answers and identify solutions that fit their needs
• Support appointment coordination and follow-up with prospective clients
• Team up with coworkers to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Take part in daily training sessions and professional development opportunities
• Bring good energy and a collaborative attitude to the team every day

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and real eagerness to learn
• Self-starter mindset with a solid work ethic
• Comfortable in a team-oriented, fast-moving environment
• A background in customer service, hospitality, or other people-facing roles is a plus - but not required
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
