Enrollment Associate

At Demand Collective Ca, we believe success starts with growth for our customers and our team. We're expanding our telecommunications and marketing division and actively hiring Enrollment Associates to help connect customers with the reliable services they need.

This is a full-time, entry-level enrollment position built for individuals who are ready to gain hands-on experience in customer enrollment, sales, customer service, and account management while developing long-term leadership skills. If you're driven, outgoing, and excited to learn, we want you on Jorge's team.

What You'll Do as an Enrollment Associate:

• Interact directly with customers to promote products and services that fit their lifestyle and budget.
• Guide customers through the enrollment process from start to finish, ensuring every enrollment is accurate and complete.
• Assist with sales inquiries, account activations, and customer enrollments.
• Deliver professional, friendly customer service to ensure a positive enrollment experience every time.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently present enrollment options and overcome objections.
• Track sales activity, enrollment progress, and customer data using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with team leaders and management to achieve enrollment and customer satisfaction goals.
• Support community outreach and marketing events that generate new customer enrollments.
• Represent Demand Collective Ca with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity while building lasting customer relationships.

• Prior sales, retail, customer service, or enrollment experience is helpful but not required.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,400.00 per week
