Where You'll Make an Impact as an Enrollment Associate

• Open new customer accounts in person, matching each customer with the internet solution that fits their life
• Guide customers through enrollment from first conversation to final signature, keeping every detail accurate
• Build lasting account relationships by understanding how customers actually use their internet
• Spot opportunities to grow existing accounts, not just open new ones
• Keep account records and follow-ups organized so nothing falls through the cracks
