Step 9 Strategies is hiring in Thomasville and neighboring areas to deliver the full Kinetic Fiber experience face-to-face: warm sales conversations, honest recommendations, and easy account setups.

As an Enrollment Representative, you’ll focus on the part customers remember: how easy it was to get started. You’ll meet customers in person, explain Kinetic Fiber internet options, clarify account requirements, and guide them through enrollment. Rather than rushing toward a yes, you’ll make sure every customer understands the decision in front of them. No experience is required for this entry-level position, and training is provided.

Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers in person to understand their priorities and recommend Kinetic Fiber solutions that lead to successful enrollments and sales
• Help customers discover internet services that fit their routines and entertainment needs, directly and face-to-face
• Turn customer questions into completed enrollments with clear guidance and great service
• Support sales growth by showing customers the long-term value of dependable home connectivity
• Create a welcoming enrollment experience that builds trust and reduces hesitation
• Assist customers with service selection, activation, and onboarding so they feel confident in their choice
