Job Description

We are looking for qualified, dedicated, and patient-friendly ENT Consultants and ENT Fellows to join our team at MicroCare ENT Super Speciality Hospital, KPHB Colony, Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions.
• Conduct OPD consultations, clinical examinations, and patient assessments.
• Recommend and interpret appropriate diagnostic investigations.
• Manage common ENT conditions, including ear infections, hearing problems, sinusitis, nasal allergies, throat infections, and voice disorders.
• Perform or assist with ENT procedures and surgeries according to qualifications, training, and clinical privileges.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and follow-up.
• Explain diagnoses, treatment plans, and procedures to patients and their attendants.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.
• Coordinate with hospital staff and follow infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and medical ethics.
• Participate in clinical discussions, case reviews, and continuous learning activities.

Candidate Requirements

• MBBS with MS/DNB/Diploma in ENT or an equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification, as applicable to the position.
• Candidates pursuing or having completed a relevant ENT fellowship may apply, subject to the fellowship program requirements.
• Valid medical registration as applicable to the role.
• Good clinical, diagnostic, and patient management skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Telugu; Hindi is an added advantage.
• Patient-friendly attitude, professional ethics, and teamwork.
• Willingness to work according to the agreed hospital schedule.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a multispeciality or superspeciality hospital.
• Interest or expertise in ENT diagnostic procedures and surgical management.
• Ability to manage OPD patient flow efficiently.
• Commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and professional development.
