Job Description:
Next Health Diagnostics is looking for an ENT Specialist to join our patient-centered team. The ideal candidate will manage adult patients with acute and chronic conditions, provide preventive care, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality outcomes.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Interview patients to obtain a complete medical history; perform appropriate physical examinations; order, interpret, and utilize laboratory, imaging, and other diagnostic tests; prescribe medications and recommend treatments as necessary to determine the medical fitness and clinical status of patients, in accordance with the requirements of NHD clients;
• Provide continuity of care for patients with pre-existing or long-term medical conditions, ensuring appropriate assessment, monitoring, and management aligned with the clinical and service requirements of NHD clients;
• Maximize the use of available in-house services of Next Health Diagnostics—including laboratory, imaging, ECG, 2D Echocardiography, and consultation services—and make referrals for secondary or tertiary care only when required diagnostic, therapeutic, or specialty services are beyond NHD's scope, ensuring proper documentation, coordination, and endorsement to the receiving facility or specialist;
• Perform medical procedures within the scope of specialty practice, as required by NHD clients, and in accordance with accepted medical standards, clinic protocols, and patient safety guidelines;
• Accurately, completely, and legibly document all patient encounters, clinical findings, assessments, diagnoses, and recommendations in the patient's medical record in a timely manner;
• Actively participate as a member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team, collaborating with primary care physicians, nurses, technologists, and allied health professionals to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care;
• Comply with all Next Health Diagnostics policies, clinical protocols, service standards, and applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines governing the practice of medicine;
• Prepare and issue clear, accurate, and timely medical reports, certifications, clearances, and professional recommendations required by NHD clients, including fitness-for-work and specialty-specific evaluations;
• Maintain professionalism, patient confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and clients;
• Participate in quality assurance activities, clinical audits, case discussions, and meetings as may be required by Next Health Diagnostics.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) from an accredited institution
• Valid and current PRC License
• Residency training and/or board certification in Otolaryngology (preferred)
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Willingness to work a part-time schedule (exact days and hours to be discussed)
• Minimum commitment of 1-2 days per week for part-time schedule
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
