Key Responsibilities
- Consultations & Diagnostics: Conduct patient evaluations, interpret audiometry and imaging, and perform diagnostic tests like nasal endoscopy, otoscopy, and laryngoscopy.
- Medical & Surgical Treatment: Develop personalized treatment plans, prescribe medications, and perform elective or emergency surgeries (such as tonsillectomies, septoplasties, and sinus procedures).
- Emergency Care: Manage acute conditions like severe nosebleeds (epistaxis), airway obstructions, foreign body removals, and acute infections.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate with audiologists, speech therapists, pediatricians, and oncologists to deliver holistic patient care.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to local healthcare and safety standards.
