Enterprise Account Executive - DACH

Up to €110,000 base / €220,000 OTE (Uncapped)

Location: Germany - fully remote

Our client is an established global SaaS business operating in AI risk and compliance. It has a proven product, strong customer demand and an opportunity to build a more proactive enterprise sales operation across Germany.

This is not a role where you wait for inbound leads. You will create pipeline, win strategic new logos and help shape how the business sells across DACH.

The role

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle across Germany
• Build pipeline through structured outbound activity
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes
• Work directly with the European Sales Leader and wider DACH sales team (AEs and SDRs)
• Close deals typically worth €60,000 - €200,000+ ARR

What we need

• Proven enterprise SaaS sales experience (ability to close 1million EUR ARR)
• Fluent German and professional English
• Evidence of personally generating outbound pipeline
• Experience closing complex enterprise deals
• Strong forecasting and commercial discipline
• A collaborative, coachable and low-ego approach

Package

• Up to €110,000 base salary
• €220,000 target OTE
• Uncapped commission
• Fully remote within Germany
