Enterprise Account Executive | Enterprise AI Software | Sydney

Package: $200–230k base | $400 – 460k OTE + equity + Health

We’re working with one of the most exciting Enterprise AI Unicorns in the market, backed by some of the biggest names in venture.

They’re looking for a foundational Enterprise AE to become the first sales hire on the ground in Australia, working with some of the world’s largest organisations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to close
• Build relationships with C-suite stakeholders — COO, CIO, CTO
• Land and expand within major enterprise accounts
• Run complex, consultative sales processes
• Self-generate pipeline and build the Australian GTM motion
• Multi-thread across large, complex organisations
• Work alongside technical, product and implementation teams

What they’re looking for:

• Proven Enterprise SaaS sales experience
• Track record selling 7 figure ACV deals
• Existing Tier 1 enterprise network highly advantageous
• Strong experience navigating complex enterprise organisations
• Consultative, multi-threaded sales approach
• Experience within a high-growth/scale-up environment
