Enterprise accounts executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and convert inbound and marketing-qualified leads into revenue opportunities
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer business challenges, processes, and requirements
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases
• Engage with business stakeholders across Sales, HR, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Leadership teams
• Build business cases and clearly articulate the ROI and value proposition of Kennect's Incentive Compensation and Sales Performance Management platform
• Drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle from qualification to closure
• Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations
• Handle commercial discussions, proposal presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM hygiene
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
