Enterprise AI Architect

We are seeking a hands-on Enterprise AI Architect to lead the design, delivery, and adoption of AI solutions for enterprise clients. You'll combine technical leadership, software engineering, and consulting expertise to solve real business problems with AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify high-value AI and automation opportunities.
• Shape solution architecture, tooling decisions, scope, and delivery approach.
• Design, build, test, and maintain production-grade AI solutions and reusable AI capabilities.
• Define evaluation frameworks, testing standards, and governance processes.
• Lead pilots, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimation, and client presentations.
• Provide technical leadership across AI engineering teams.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale software solutions.
• Strong hands-on engineering background with modern development practices (CI/CD, testing, code review, version control).
• Experience building and deploying AI/LLM-powered applications in production.
• Knowledge of agentic workflows, prompt engineering, function calling, orchestration, and AI evaluation techniques.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
• Experience shaping solutions, estimating work, and engaging with senior decisionmakers.
• Product-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on user adoption and business outcomes.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to define architecture standards, governance, and reusable AI platforms.
• Experience making strategic build-vs-buy and platform decisions.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and data governance.
• Comfortable advising CTOs, enterprise architects, and senior leadership teams.
• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, and Angular is advantageous.
