Enterprise Analytics and Data Platforms Manager

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Analytics & Data Platforms will lead enterprise analytics, reporting, business intelligence, and data platform teams that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This individual will be responsible for managing managers and technical teams while driving strategy, modernization, operational excellence, and delivery of scalable analytics and data solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and develop managers, data engineers, analytics professionals, and reporting teams.
• Establish team goals, priorities, and performance expectations aligned to business objectives.
• Partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver impactful solutions.
• Oversee delivery and support of enterprise analytics, business intelligence, reporting, and data platform initiatives.
• Drive modernization efforts and roadmap planning for enterprise data and analytics capabilities.
• Ensure data solutions are secure, scalable, governed, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Implement best practices across data management, analytics development, reporting, and operational support functions.
• Promote data accessibility, data governance, and adoption of enterprise analytics capabilities across the organization.
• Support strategic initiatives focused on data as a business asset and enable advanced analytics and AI capabilities.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience within Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Data Platforms, or related technology disciplines.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing managers, technical teams, or cross-functional organizations.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale analytics, reporting, and data platform solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business and technology leaders.

Compensation: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
