Enterprise Application Developer

We are looking for an Enterprise Applications Developer to design, develop, and improve technology solutions that support ARK Hospitality's hotel and corporate operations. As the first dedicated developer on the Enterprise Applications team, this role will have a hands-on impact on the applications and integrations used across the organization.

The Developer will use Microsoft Power Platform and Azure technologies to connect systems, automate processes, and solve real business challenges. Working closely with property leaders, corporate teams, and technology partners, this position will take solutions from initial requirements through development, testing, deployment, and adoption. The ideal candidate is a practical, solutions-focused developer who enjoys working directly with users and building applications that make a measurable difference.

Compensation:

$80,000

Responsibilities:

• Create and support integrations between business applications using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, APIs, and custom connectors
• Partner with property and corporate leaders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective applications
• Build and deploy business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence to ensure application data supports accurate reporting and consistent business metrics
• Develop solutions for operational, compliance, reporting, and workforce needs from requirements through implementation

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Strong Excel and SQL skills with experience working with operational data
• PL-200 or PL-400 certification, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, React, or hospitality technology experience is a plus
• 3+ years of business application development experience
