Enterprise Application Developer (.NET / Dynamics 365 & AI Solutions)

Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Systems: Develop and maintain internal business applications, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O / CRM) solutions, and business workflows. Troubleshoot issues and review code, including AI-assisted changes.

• AI Solutions: Build and maintain solutions using Azure OpenAI, LLMs, OCR / Document Intelligence, and automated AI workflows.

• Integration: Develop REST APIs, Web Services, and data synchronization processes connecting enterprise systems and cloud platforms. Perform testing, data migration, and validation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, IT, IS, ITM, or a related discipline.

• Preferably 2+ years of hands-on experience in C# / .NET and SQL Server development.

• Experience in either Dynamics 365 development/customization (F&O or CRM / Power Platform) or enterprise ERP/CRM system integration.

• Interest in AI applications and willingness to use AI coding tools. Python or Azure OpenAI experience is an advantage.

• Candidates with less experience but strong technical portfolios, GitHub projects, or proven end-to-end development experience are welcome.
